Library Card Application Policy

Current proof of address is required.  A driver's license is preferred, however, any official ID or recent non-personal mail may be acceptable.

Applicants under the age of 14 must have a parent or guardian's signature on the application.

The first library card is free.  If a library card is lost, the replacement cost is $1.00.

The patron may borrow 1 DVD and/or 1 book at the first time of application.  Once these items have been returned on time and good faith has been established, normal check-out procedures will then apply.

Patrons are encouraged to present their library card at the time of checking out.
